Customer Decision: After receiving and reviewing the photos, we will inform you of our decision. At that point, you can choose whether you would like a replacement (free of charge) or a refund.
Refund Time Frame: Refunds are only possible within 30 days of receiving the package. After this period, refunds will no longer be available and you can only get a replacement.
